Job Description:

What you’ll be doing…

• Use your experience in workforce planning to screen, prioritize and present top talent for all salaried positions, hourly workforce recruiting/forecasting
• Social media connection, college recruiting, job fairs utilization to attract great candidates
• Work in HRIS system Recruiting module to ensure accurate and timely talent identification, notification and dispositioning
• Onboarding oversight for all new hires
• Serve as an ambassador for internship programs to grow our future talent pool
• Support Employee retention initiatives such as Training, Employee Events, Community Outreach, etc.
• The first point of contact for Employee Relations
• Various admin functions to help support the HR Team

Preferred Skills:

We need you to have …

• 5 + years successful recruiting experience
• Solid HR understanding and Generalist experience
• Outstanding communications skills
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certifications desirable
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with Ultipro HRIS system a plus
