For over 30 years, Indie Bollman has been a noteworthy and respected leader in the corporate organizational development and human resources space. You may know her for her work at Trailer Bridge, Inc. where she served as the Chief People Officer, and where she played a key role in creating the award-winning culture, turnaround, and growth the company is known for; a story featured in the book Love is Just Damn Good Business: Do What You Love In The Service Of People That Love What You Do by best-selling author Steve Farber.
She holds an MBA from University of North Florida, where she also received her undergraduate degree in business administration, summa cum laude. She has SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications as well as being a certified life coach. Now the owner of Indie Bollman Coaching and Consulting LLC, she provides executive and leadership coaching, training programs and facilitation, and event speaking to successful leaders all over.
