A sought-after speaker and mentor, Kimberly Prescott is recognized for translating the complexity of HR into clear, strategic insights. Kimberly is a two-time President of SHRM Howard County (Maryland) and a featured contributor to SHRM Magazine, where she shares thought leadership on HR strategy, compliance, and workplace culture. At the heart of her work, Kimberly champions authentic leadership and “Unintimidated HR”—an approach grounded in honesty, clarity, and courage.
Kimberly was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia, and attended Augusta State University before serving her country as a Spanish Linguist in the United States Air Force. Following her military service, she transitioned into the field of human resources, where she has spent more than two decades shaping workplace culture, advancing compliance strategies, and guiding leaders through complex organizational challenges.
