Originally from Texas, Casey McNutt owns and operates Casey McNutt Fitness & Wellbeing, offering Nutrition and Lifestyle/Behavior Change Coaching, personal training, and exercise programming tailored for special events, races, or general fitness goals.
Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Sciences and a Master of Science with a double major in Biomechanics and Exercise Physiology. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer and additionally holds an Athletic Joint Movement Rehabilitation Certification, focusing on injury prevention and recovery.
With a holistic approach to fitness and wellness, Casey empowers clients to achieve sustainable health through customized strategies.
