Chapter Mission To be the premier HR organization in the Central Savannah River Area by providing resources, education, and advancement opportunities for members and the community. Who is CSRA SHRM? The Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) SHRM Chapter is a proud affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and operates as a Dual Membership Release (DMR) chapter. We are committed to advancing the HR profession and supporting professionals throughout our region by offering high-impact programming, educational resources, and networking and leadership development opportunities. Our chapter meets monthly—typically on the second Thursday of each month—with exceptions in April (third Thursday) and July, when we host a virtual meeting to provide added flexibility for our members. CSRA SHRM has been consistently recognized for excellence, earning the prestigious Platinum Excel Award in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2017, and 2014. We’ve also received Gold recognition in 2019, Silver in 2015, and honors such as the SHRM Superstar Award, SHRM Learning System Champion, and more. We are an approved provider of SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP professional development credits and HRCI recertification credits, offering continuing education to support our members’ career growth and certification maintenance. We invite HR professionals, business leaders, and anyone passionate about human resources to attend our meetings.
