    Turning Conflict Into Connection

    A Structured Approach to Conflict

    Thursday, 3/12/26

    7:30 am to 9:00 am

    (Networking & Announcements - 7:30 to 8:00 AM)

Turning Conflict into Connection: A Structured Approach to Conflict invites HR professionals and leaders to rethink how workplace conflict is handled.

This dynamic session will explore practical, real-world strategies for navigating difficult conversations, building trust, and strengthening working relationships. Attendees will walk away with immediately applicable tools designed to turn tension into productive dialogue and meaningful connection skills that are essential in today’s evolving workplace.

The session will be led by Dr. Kim Faircloth, PhD, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, a nationally respected expert in conflict resolution, leadership development, and executive coaching. With more than 30 years of experience, Dr. Faircloth brings a powerful blend of research, storytelling, and hands-on application through her innovative HERE and SORTED models. Her engaging approach challenges participants to see conflict not as a disruption, but as an opportunity for growth, engagement, and lasting change.
