Hello CSRA-SHRM,
As a Vice President of Human Resources, I have the privilege of leading a dedicated team focused on building a best-in-class HR function that truly puts Employees First. Beyond my current role, I’m deeply committed to advancing the HR profession.
I’m honored to serve as Board Chair for SHRM-Atlanta and have had the opportunity to teach the SHRM Certification Prep Course for the past decade. I hold a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and carry certifications including SHRM-SCP, PHR, and a Fundamentals of Coaching credential from Emory University.
I’m also passionate about supporting our veteran community. Over the past four years, I’ve helped lead more than 50 community initiatives—delivering 25,000 coats, raising $50,000 through apparel sales, and donating over $40,000—all aimed at bringing comfort and connection to those who’ve served.
With a background in the Marine Corps, manufacturing, and proposal writing, I bring a diverse lens to HR. My goal is simple: to make sure people are at the heart of every decision we make and every step we take.
