We’re excited to continue fostering meaningful connections within our local HR community through our Mentor-Mentee Program, designed to strengthen professional development, promote networking, and bridge experience with aspiration.
This initiative pairs seasoned HR professionals with emerging HR talent, creating a space where knowledge is shared, goals are set, and careers are supported. Mentorship is a powerful tool—and within CSRA SHRM, it’s a reflection of our commitment to growing together.
What You Can Expect:
Mentors: 7+ years of HR experience, active practitioners, and a passion for investing in others
Mentees: Coachable, open to feedback, and responsible for initiating the first meeting
Both: Active CSRA SHRM membership, monthly check-ins, shared expectations, confidentiality, and feedback opportunities
Our 2025 cohort begins in June, and the registration deadline is Friday, May 23rd.
