Welcome to our new mentorship program for HR professionals, created to promote networking and connect seasoned HR veterans with those new in their career. As members of our local CSRA SHRM chapter, we understand the importance of building a strong community within our profession, and we believe that mentorship is a powerful tool for achieving this goal.

Through this program, we aim to provide a supportive and collaborative environment where experienced HR professionals can share their knowledge, experience, and insights with those who are just starting out in their careers. By connecting mentors with mentees, we hope to create opportunities for learning, growth, and professional development that will benefit both parties.

If you are an experienced HR professional who is interested in becoming a mentor, we encourage you to sign up for this program. Likewise, if you are a newer HR professional who would like to connect with a mentor, we invite you to participate as a mentee. Together, we can build a strong and supportive community of HR professionals that will help us all succeed in our careers.
