Please join us as we welcome our August CSRA SHRM Chapter Meeting speaker, Ashleigh R. Eames.
Ashleigh is a highly accomplished attorney who brings extensive expertise in employment law, labor relations, and workplace compliance. She advises employers across industries on a wide range of HR matters and regularly defends them in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and before government agencies such as the EEOC and state human rights commissions. Her experience spans issues related to Title VII, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA, and more.
Ashleigh is known for her thoughtful, strategic counsel, drawing from her background representing both sides of employment disputes to offer well-rounded, business-aligned solutions. A graduate of the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, Ashleigh also provides training on best practices, drafts employment policies, and guides internal investigations. We’re thrilled to have her here today to share her insights and help us navigate the complex and ever-evolving world of workplace law.
